
A great everyday curry that is quick, easy to make and full of flavour. Substitute chicken for tofu or Quorn for a vegetarian option.

Cooking Method
Fry onion over a medium heat until soft (but not brown). Add curry powder and reduce to a low heat stirring for a further 3 minutes
Drain excess water from canned peas and add chicken and peas to pan. Stir occasionally over a medium heat for 15 minutes or until heated thoroughly.
Cook microwavable rice as per instructions. When ready to serve spoon over rice and serve with mango chutney and poppadoms.
